To je nejrafinovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cukr, kter\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk zn\u00e1, a m\u00e1 \u201edokonal\u00e9&#8220; sk\u00f3re 100 &#8211; jin\u00fdmi slovy, rozpou\u0161t\u00ed se do krve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b rychle. Med m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 sk\u00f3re 100, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je to potravina s velmi vysok\u00fdm glykemick\u00fdm sk\u00f3re \u2013 stejn\u00fdm jako sk\u00f3re \u010dist\u00e9 gluk\u00f3zy. S\u00f3ja se naopak ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u010distou gluk\u00f3zou rozpou\u0161t\u00ed velmi pomalu, tak\u017ee dostala sk\u00f3re 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Tato znalost, jak ur\u010dit\u011b ocen\u00edte, znamenala revoluci ve v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 terapii P\u0159inesla n\u00e1m mocn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj ke kontrole mnoha nemoc\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b cukrovky. Glykemicky index obsahuje sk\u00f3re n\u011bkter\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch uhlovodan\u016f.
